Heather Nygren is a holistic practitioner, organizer and artist. She has studied Reiki, Polarity Therapy, yoga, herbalism, and nutritional therapy. Her life path is devoted to elevating people and enhancing our world.
She began life in San Francisco, and after roaming the world and living in New Orleans and Paris, she finally found the perfect blend of small town and cosmopolitan life in Richmond, VA.
Nature is her source and inspiration; plants, flowers and water bring her limitless joy. She is a curator with a deep respect for finely crafted and useful items. Her art is often created with discarded and unorthodox materials. Her bucket list includes visiting every national park in the system (27 down).
